Welcome to IJustHoop. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IJustHoop mobile application (the “App”), operated by IJustHoop LLC (“IJustHoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
01. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use IJustHoop. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
02. Account Registration
To use IJustHoop, you must register using a valid phone number. You will receive a one-time SMS verification code to confirm your identity. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization
05. User Content
By posting content (photos, videos, reviews, posts) to IJustHoop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You retain ownership of your content.
06. Pro Subscription
IJustHoop offers an optional Pro subscription through Apple In-App Purchase, which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
07. Gym and Location Information
IJustHoop displays information about basketball gyms and facilities for informational purposes. IJustHoop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any listed gym or facility unless explicitly stated.
08. Disclaimer of Warranties
IJustHoop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of gym information, player availability, or game outcomes. Participation in basketball activities found through the App is at your own risk.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IJustHoop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injuries sustained while participating in basketball activities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
